Walter Williams is a Senior Partner with the Vine Group. A graduate of McMaster University (1980), Walter is a Chartered Accountant (1982), a Trustee in Bankruptcy (1995) and a Chartered Business Valuator (1993).

As a specialist in several areas, Walter is responsible for Audit & Assurance clients and provides overall direction to the Insolvency & Financial Restructuring Bankruptcy practice of Vine & Williams Inc. He also offers strategic leadership to the business valuations litigation support team at Vine Valuations Inc.

With over 24 years of public accounting service across a wide range of industries, Walter has successfully designed and helped clients to implement business strategies that improve their overall cash flow and add value to their business. Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Comm. Hons.) from Queen’s University and is Certified as a Human Resources Professional (C.H.R.P.) in the Province of Ontario.

Starting her career in Sales and then Marketing with a major Canadian manufacturing company, Karen followed her passion and moved into Human Resources. She has spent the past 20 years in the field, working in all areas of Human Resources, and progressed from Supervisor to Vice-President in 6 years.
